AVANT Capital Partners protects brokers for our direct lending
programs without exception. Our direct programs include the Bank Lending
Program for Small Business and Owner Occupied Real Estate and our Small
Balance Bridge Lending Program. We accept loan request from $500,000 to
$10,000,000 under these programs from brokers without limitation.
For our correspondent lending programs, and where we are acting as
intermediaries, we require an executed referral agreement from mortgage
brokers.
