We have recently finalized a revised policy to handle mortgage broker referrals to AVANT. Although we have worked successfully with mortgage brokers in the past, having closed hundreds of millions in loan volume referred by mortgage brokers, current market conditions have necessitated our revised policy.

From Mortgage Brokers:

  • We accept conventional loan requests over $2 million
  • We accept Hard Money loan requests over $1 million
  • We accept Equity Financing requests over $5 million

    Avant Capital Partners is a mortgage banking firm and therefore, a correspondent for our lenders and capital partners. Although we manage the entire lending process, we do not keep any loans on our balance sheet. Due to our successful track record, we have been inundated with loan requests from mortgage brokers, investment sales brokers and borrowers, and it is our mission to efficiently respond to all of these requests. Our experience in providing successful executions to our clients has resulted in the development of the following requirements:

    1. We are in direct borrower contact with an executed exclusive agreement
    2. We are exclusive with the referral source for the subject loan request
    3. We are aware of which capital sources have reviewed the loan request to date
